The great thing about Mr Drake is that he makes you feel very relaxed, I did not have
any worries at all !
The surgery went well and is healing nicely I am sure in a few months time things will be great again Thank you
I do not think things could be any better, his team of nurses were great too.
it was exciting to hear as well that by coincidence Mr Drake was the grandson of my family Doctor when I was growing up amazing !

Mr Drake clearly explained what would happen during the procedure in a friendly a accessible language. He kept me informed during the procedure and seemed to have an excellent relationship with his support staff - who were also very friendly and reassuring.

I would like to thank everyone in the Dermatology department, from admin and receptionists to the nurses and consultants. I always felt I was in good hands and I'm very grateful to have had my BCC removed. It may be a small thing for you to do deal with but I initially dismissed it as just a cosmetic lump some sort, I hadn't noticed it was getting bigger by the week and as it got bigger so did my worries! Best Wishes to you all.
